When calling ISI to obtain a Return Authorization number
(RA), the following information is required. If you are
checking on a RA, please have the RA number available.
• Return to Stock:
- Original P.O., Sales Order or Invoice.
All returns will
be charged a 20% restock fee except when ISI is at fault.
Must be returned
within 60 days of when it was purchased from ISI.
• Repair:
- Must have serial number of complete unit in order
to determine if it is a warranty repair.
- Complete description of what is wrong with the unit/part.
Camera Repairs
• When sending a camera back to ISI for repair,
always send it in the carrying case with the insert. This
will keep the camera from getting damaged in shipment.
• Call the ISI Customer Service Dept. for a Return
Authorization Number before sending the camera back.
• When returning the camera, make sure all batteries,
cables and accessories are in the case so each item can
be checked. Some problems cannot be determined without
all of the components. • Write the Return Authorization
Number on the outside of the shipping container so that
it will not delay getting to the repair department once
it arrives at ISI. • ISI will call once the
camera has been evaluated to give you the repair charges.
• Your camera will not be returned to you until
the purchase order number is given to customer service.
